Do I get my original back?
Yes, all original images are returned with your finished artwork.

How long does it take to have the order at home?
Your order will go by post or other shiping compagny, maximum 06 days after we have receive your agreement for the printing and the money. Following much troubles, we don't ship anymore the work before it has been paid.

Are all the taxes included in prices?
Yes, all taxes are incuded.

I can't find what i'm looking for. Can I send you a mail with my request?
Yes, send us an e-mail, stephanie@pixel4wall.com, explain to us the size you need, colors, théma etc. We will come back to you with an offert.

Is the delivery included in the prices?
Yes, the delivery is included.

How can I send my pictures or documents to you?
You have different possibilities:
- You already have send them with your order.
- You can send them by e-mail:

Don't forget to join the copy of the order with your name and the artwork you have ordered.We will confirm you by e-mail the reception of the materials.

- By post office:
We scan your paper documents up to A3 size with no extra in price for you. Put the documents between 2 hard pieces of carton to protect them during the delivery and use a special CD enveloppe.

Don't forget to send a copy of your order or your name adress and the style of Artwork you ordered
