You must be up to 18 years old to have the right to order on pixel4wall webshop, or get the autorisation from your parents.

All prices included taxes and delivery for Europe.

Cancellation
Each work is a unique work, in this case you have 3 days to change your mind and cancel the order, after 3 days, 50% of the total amount have to be paid.

Reproduction
The society Pixel4wall is the owner of each artistic creation and forbid all kind of reproduction of its creations. The invoice gives you no right to reproduce our artistic creation.

Copyright
By supplying us with pictures, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will pixel4wall be responsible.

Right to refuse
Pixel4wall holds the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal photography.

Size of the picture
If the size requested does not match the image aspect ratio then cropping may be required We can't print out a picture which is 10×15 cm into a 50×50 cm without cropping the picture. We will send you a print order by e-mail, before sending your order on CD ready to print.

ATTENTION: We don´t print anymore the work on canvas, we only create the file and send it on a CD to you.

Printing order
Pixel4wall will send you a “printing order” that you will have to check, and send your agreement by e-mail as quick as possible. If there is something to change we will do it with pleasure. After 6 days we will consider your silence as an agreement and send the file by e-mail first and then CD . The payment of the invoice is due.

Colours
Pixel4wall remind you that we are as close as possible to the colours you have on the printing order but the screen of your computer can also change a little bit the shade of final colours, Pixel4wall will not be responsible of that matter.
No refund will be possible.

Purchasing
By making a purchase from Pixel4wall, you agree to allow Pixel4wall to showcase or feature your work on our web site or any other related web sites. If not agree, just let us know.

Delivery
Your order will leave 6 days after we receive your agreement for the print order and the reception of the paiement. Following much troubles, we don't ship anymore the work before had been paid.

You will have the responsibility to check the goods when they will arrive in your home, if they are in accordance with your order and also their conditions after travelling in the 24h00 after the delivery. We will do our best to deliver your products in the fastest time. But Pixel4wall do not have any control over Mail or courier companies or strikes. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Pixel4wall will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you open and check your delivery before signing for it. Pixel4wall will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition .

Loss or damage
Pixel4wall shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Prices
Pixel4wall prices are competitive, however we reserve us the right to alter these without notice. Prices includes the TVA. The shipping and packaging are included.

Article 8 of the Europeenne convention of humans right:
'Each person has the right to be respected in is private and familial life, home and adress'.
Pixel4wall do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have granted us permission to do so. We will share your personal information with authorized third party agent in order to provide a requested service or transaction concerning our contract.
